We're looking for a Project Manager, Principal Level to join our growing Water Solutions team in London, St Albans, Croydon, or Basingstoke. In this role, you'll support the delivery of Southern Water's $4.8 billion capital delivery programme, working on projects ranging from small rural sites to multi-million-pound schemes, covering both water and wastewater (Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure). You'll have the opportunity to contribute to two major frameworks as part of this investment: Strategic Delivery Partner (SDP) Framework:

Supporting our Tier 1 Contractor on Lot 1 (non-infrastructure water projects) and Lot 2 (non-infrastructure wastewater projects). Low Complexity Delivery Route Lot 2 (Wastewater Infrastructure) Framework and Strategic Delivery Partner (SDP) Lot 3 Infrastructure Framework:

Partnering exclusively with a Tier 1 contractor to deliver sustainable, high-quality water and wastewater solutions. Working flexibly from

Southern UK locations , you'll visit client sites in and around Brighton and collaborate with teams across multi-year frameworks. As part of our thriving business, you'll take on rewarding multi-disciplinary projects from inception to delivery, creating innovative solutions that enhance the environment and improve communities. Here's what you'll do: Lead and deliver projects, ensuring they meet budget and schedule targets. Manage contracts, including NEC forms, and oversee scope, budget, and timelines. Handle change management, including documenting warnings, preparing variations, and negotiating changes. Develop project timelines, identifying risks, dependencies, and resources. Ensure quality management processes are followed across all activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder engagement. Oversee subcontractor and supply chain performance to meet project needs. Lead bid management for design tenders and framework contracts. Qualifications Ready to push the limits of what's possible? Here's what we're looking for: Experience in delivering water and wastewater/ treatment projects. Strong commercial, risk management and contractual skills and experience, e.g. NEC4. A degree or equivalent in a related engineering subject, and/or equivalent experience.
