London We have an excellent opportunity with one of our key clients who are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor. If you are a Quantity Surveyor who comes from a Main contractor/Developer background, this opportunity may be of interest to you. The company has a number of upcoming new developments in Greater London & the South-East and they are keen to bring on a Project QS to bring experience to a Mixed-use development consisting of over 80 units with a large community centre. This is a great opportunity to join a large, challenging project and grow alongside it with a company that has a strong reputation within the market. Procurement experience is essential to this role. What’s on offer: Exciting new Residential development comprising of 80+ new homes Great exposure for a hungry Quantity Surveyor with an attitude for continuous development Brilliant mentors to learn from Working alongside a great team – hard working but sociable outside of hours Overall project valued approx. £25 million Solid pipeline of work forecasted on project Opportunity to join the project at a great stage The company is very keen on promoting from within, and are therefore looking to ensure the candidate is supported from day 1 with a great site-team & offered continuous development. They’re looking to pay in the region of £50-£65k (DOE) + package for this role.
