You will take charge of the day-to-day operations, including health and safety, compliance, animal husbandry, biosecurity, and managing a skilled team. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to respond swiftly to challenges while efficiently prioritising tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily farm operations and ensure all procedures are followed Maintain high standards of health, safety, and biosecurity Lead and motivate the farm team Ensure compliance with industry regulations Manage animal welfare and husbandry Report regularly on farm performance and issues The Candidate:
