Quantity Surveyor – Highways

Berkshire We are looking for an experienced Highways QS to work within the Berkshire and Oxfordshire areas. Schemes will be in Aylesbury, High Wycombe, and also in Oxford. Working for a leading Highways and Civils contractor, you will be part of a team consisting of 2 QS’s and a commercial assistant, and you will work closely with the client to achieve the best outcomes. Duties/Requirements:
Preparation of monthly cost/value reports for the area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members. Measurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractors. Agreement of payment of subcontractor accounts – monitoring of accounts. Must be conversant with NEC forms of contract. Must have recently worked within the highways sector. Experience in Civils and road construction. Only apply if you have RECENT highways experience (3-5 years).
