Our client's practice is set in a beautiful old, converted barn, with 2 consult rooms, full operating theatre, digital x-ray, ultrasound and in-house lab machines. They are now looking for an experienced vet to join the team.
There is a great, loyal team with longevity of staff. They offer a personal touch to pet care in the local village, which is in the Surrey countryside, just next to the West Sussex border. The clinic is only half an hour from Horsham and Guildford and 40 mins from the south coast. They ensure that the vets get to operate daily and have time set aside for calls, with appointments saved for ‘on the day’ emergencies. There is an excellent team which comprises of 2 vets and a great, supportive and proactive nurse team. They strongly advocate work-life balance hence the flexibility in hours and shifts; they appreciate that everyone deserves a life outside of work whether that be children, extended family, hobbies, sports or other commitments.
They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in clinic experience to join them at their RCVS accredited small animal practice. The role is open to full or part-time hours from 20-40 hours per week. There are no weekends or OOH’s with this role. Salary – up to £65,000 per annum (pro rata, based on 40 hrs/wk.)
