Senior Calibration Engineer / Lab Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Calibration Engineer / Lab Manager to be based at our site in Derby. What will I be responsible for?
Joining our growing team as a Senior Engineer/Lab Manager, you will be responsible for calibrating measuring instrumentation and repair facilities to both ISO9001 and UKAS standards. These include but are not limited to micrometers, calipers, height gauges, torque wrenches, and gauge blocks. You will be expected to manage the maintenance of calibration certification records and traceability, oversee the mandatory and legislative QHSE aspects of work, lead the calibration of specialist products, assist in the development and improvement of calibration procedures, and participate in external/internal audits as required.
