Freelance Annual Reporting Project Manager

Are you looking for a 6 month PM freelance role where you can work from home or a London-based office flexibly? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our 15-strong Stakeholder Engagement Project Management team to assist with the day-to-day running of 2 major Annual Reports based on new pitch wins. Working alongside a Project Director, you will be responsible for: Planning the project schedule and agreeing on SoW with the client. Overseeing strategy day-to-day tasks and ensuring communication between strategists and clients. Discussing the design proofs with designers and scheduling/running daily WIPs. Mediating amends between the internal team and the clients. Overseeing the smooth running of the delivery into artwork (we use Ctrl Print or Workiva). Managing project commercials (via our internal business information system), including running burn reports. Managing resources and making amends to short- and long-term requirements. You'll be working on a day-to-day basis with strategists, designers, artworkers, and of course, our clients. We are looking for a November start through until the end of May. This role is Inside IR35. £325/day. Requirements Proven Project Management experience of Annual Reports. Experience of Ctrl Print and/or Workiva is advantageous, but not essential. Strong Excel skills.
