Resourcing Group has an exciting new opportunity to join a growing Facilities Management company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience in maintenance, installation, and commissioning of Fire and security systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, etc. As the lead technical engineer, you will be expected to carry out takeover visits of new sites, maintenance and repair of existing systems, commissioning of small works and/or installations, as well as offering technical guidance and support to the rest of the team. Further training/development may be provided for the right candidate who is willing to develop additional skillsets.
Key Accountabilities: Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices, ensuring 100% compliance. Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by the client and respond within SLA to all work requests. Responsible for requesting all required parts for jobs. Risk assessments must be completed before all PPM and Reactive works. Maintain the professional image of the company at all times through positive presentation, behaviors, and attitudes. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all Client representatives and company employees. Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment and promote a positive safety culture. To operate site software systems promptly and effectively to ensure efficient maintenance activities. To conduct weekly proactive inspections and raise required reactive jobs. Ensure work reports and necessary company documentation are sent to the admin team promptly. To attend Client meetings as required and provide effective communications. Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development. Assist the sales team in providing information for remedial quotes to be sent to clients.
