Digital Marketing Manager The Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of all digital and e-commerce activities, managing and growing a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce team across all our target markets and through all digital channels. You will be responsible for building and implementing a broad, strategic digital vision for both divisions of the business. This role is an opportunity to play a key role in the digital transformation and become a crucial part of the business going forward. You will be leading and managing the marketing team, while working closely with the Marketing Manager who will lead traditional marketing communications and trade marketing activities. Responsibilities

Marketing strategy and execution

Agree and execute the digital marketing vision for the business, developing a digital marketing and e-commerce strategy, and leading on its implementation. Implementation, management, and analysis of Google/Bing search, Ads, PPC, SEO, Keywords etc. for agreed product ranges and maximising natural search. Develop and take ownership of the brand and its values. Work in conjunction with the Head of Amazon (E-Commerce) across our target markets.

Digital Marketing

Take responsibility for the design, performance, and continuous improvement of all digital / web public platforms and assets (including the websites) to reach a wider audience and establish an ever-increasing online presence. Develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to promote our products using various digital channels, to capitalise on e-commerce opportunities. Leverage the internet and technology to reach and engage target audiences, drive conversions, and achieve business goals. Perform market research, strategize with other marketing professionals and create content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns. Plan and oversee the execution of all web, SEO, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

E-commerce

Build B2B, B2C and D2C e-commerce strategies in selected countries. Improve SEO, PPC, Google ads and other e-commerce methodologies to improve reach and exposure. Identify audiences and customer groups, establishing strategies to engage with and encourage engagement in all our sales channels. Build and execute individual strategies for specialist markets like electricians, installers, distributors, specifiers, etc to drive sales.

Marketing analysis / Data

In tandem with the Marketing Manager, oversee, and take responsibility for implementing and managing data management, CRM and reporting strategies with the team and business leaders. Create marketing KPIs and provide monthly reporting to senior management to track progress in meeting our strategic goals. Be accountable for measuring, analysing and reporting marketing campaign results. Ensure that marketing campaigns are carefully considered, planned, costed and monitored for success. Analysis of marketing data and reporting of trends, producing insight reports and feeding back strategic information for capitalising on opportunities and ironing out problems proactively. Research competitors and report on trends, new developments and useful information to help differentiate Integral in all relevant markets.

Requirements

At least 5 years of digital marketing experience with experience at senior/leadership level, ideally supported by a relevant degree-level qualification and a professional qualification like CIMA, or similar professional accreditation. Strong commercial awareness skills, an aptitude for conducting competitor analysis and an ability to truly understand products and their target customers. A strong track record in both B2B, B2C and D2C, from an e-commerce background. Demonstrable ability to build, lead and manage teams within a fast-growing business. Demonstrable experience in the delivery of successful digital marketing campaigns throughout the marketing funnel. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion optimisation, SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Bing, etc. Professional experience working with Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Experience of managing product/price/data feeds (e.g. ICECAT, CNET, etc.). Experience of automation tools is a plus (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, etc.). Enjoys taking on responsibility, shows strong initiative, and isn’t afraid of challenging the status quo. A passion for innovation, someone who is looking to constantly improve and wants to bring new ideas. Creativity, strong brand vision and entrepreneurial flair. A ‘hands on’ approach, someone who can both create strategy and dive into implementation. Entrepreneurial flair, a commercial mindset, and a drive to take on responsibility, grow a team, and solve problems. A proven record of accomplishment of building and developing high performing marketing teams within growing businesses. Have a good understanding of how to manage and utilise data. Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask. High competence in project and stakeholder management. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
