Skills required are: NNEB OR a Full and Relevant Early Education and Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ/Diploma/BTEC) Level 3 or higher Experience in a Nursery/Early Years setting essential – toddler room preferably Solid knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding and Health and Safety Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff
The role responsibilities for the Level 3 Nursery Room Leader include: To provide high standards of quality childcare according to the EYFS framework and Ofsted regulations To create a safe and secure environment enabling all children in your care to flourish socially, physically and emotionally Previous Room Leader experience in the baby room To build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers and outside agencies To plan and implement a range of stimulating, educational and fun activities promoting learning through play Looking for a candidate who can support a team and likes working as a team player
