Job Description Organon is hiring an

Engineering Team Lead

to join our world-class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving best practice maintenance compliance and strategic improvements to the department’s maintenance program. You will support the HVAC Lead in coordinating planned and unplanned maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and calibration tasks based on operational priorities and resources. This involves effective communication and organisation with all stakeholders and customers to prioritise and schedule work efficiently, ensuring optimal schedules and asset performance. Role Responsibilities: Deliver the facility maintenance program and drive maintenance strategy improvements using best practices. Manage facility maintenance personnel, identifying and prioritising work areas, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure safe work practices, escalating safety or quality issues promptly, and oversee quality management system actions, including management of change. Oversee deviations and EHS investigations, liaise with contractors for planned maintenance, and coordinate with planners and internal customers to align work with production requirements. Facilitate timely remediation of equipment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and assist with planned maintenance of equipment as required. Write new SOPs and review existing SOPs. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Time served in a Mechanical or Multiskilled Discipline. HND in engineering or relevant experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical or a similar industry. Attention to detail and a well-organised approach to work. Familiarity with CMMS; SAP experience is advantageous. Ability to analyse data, prioritise work, and manage labour resources effectively.
