They are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to be the latest addition to their London Surveying team & branch! Responsibilities: Contract Administration Project Management Dilapidations Technical Due Diligence License to Alters The ideal candidate must be well experienced across all of the core services they provide. They specialise mostly in the private sector, focusing on the value of projects rather than quantities, with project values typically ranging from £10M - £100M. Whilst the bulk of their work is traditionally within the High-End Residential, Commercial Offices & Industrial sectors, the business still works across a wide variety of other sectors including Mixed-Use, Student Accommodation, Healthcare, Retail, Leisure & Hotels.
