Ensuring maximum plant availability and stable plant performance Investigation and solving of plant incidents Optimize, maintain and manage maintenance systems for plants and cranes Controlling total cost of process and consumables Maintain plant SHE system to comply with AMSA standards Development and implementation of Sinter plant specific practices to improve overall plant performance RCA on incidents and maintenance plan Manage capital projects Troubleshooting of process and equipment bottlenecks Qualifications:

B-Eng Degree (NQF 8/10) in Electrical Engineering Experience and Requirements:

Minimum 6 years plant experience Good general knowledge of safety Technically strong with exceptional practical application of theory Computer literate (SAP, Word, Excel, Simulation software like Power Master) - using databases to retrieve information will be an advantage Basic financial skills Personal Attributes:

Ability to influence people from a wide range of disciplines towards the achievement of set goals Able to communicate effectively at all times at all levels of the organization
