Radipole and Melcombe Regis with Chickerell PCC, Weymouth, England, United Kingdom Description of Job Team Rector Radipole and Melcombe Regis with Chickerell Located in the seaside town of Weymouth, the Radipole Team is seeking a new Team Rector with confidence and enthusiasm to lead and inspire missional imagination across the parish. We are an eclectic team made up of six churches, two Team Vicars, and a lively staff team. The Team Rector has responsibility for St Aldhelm’s and St Ann’s. We are praying for a leader with a passion for evangelism, who believes in the power of the Holy Spirit to change lives. Someone who will be a strategic thinker, an enabler of others, an able teacher and preacher, and have a pastoral heart. We offer growing congregations with a passion for every member ministry, colleagues with a commitment to people and place, a vibrant church centre at St Aldhelm’s, and a modern, well-equipped rectory nearby. In Weymouth, we are committed to community engagement, working across churches and to Eco church. The Radipole Team is not afraid to innovate and has a special calling to work with children and young people, and across a town where there are challenges as well as opportunities.
