This position places you at the intersection of law and technology, supporting innovative legal tech solutions for clients across diverse industries. You will act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, identifying their needs, advising on solutions, and coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional support and service. You'll be part of a team focused on enhancing client relationships while contributing to the company's growth and technology advancements. Key Qualifications

Educational Background:

A degree (2:1 or higher) in physics, law, natural sciences, engineering, mathematics, technology, or software from a reputable university. Skills and Knowledge:

Some familiarity with eDiscovery, litigation, law, IP, or compliance would be beneficial. Technical or programming experience is a plus but not required.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication abilities to simplify and convey complex information to clients. Confidence interacting with high-profile clients and senior management, ideally with prior professional or corporate experience. A consultative approach with an analytical and problem-solving mindset. Language skills, especially in European languages, would be a significant advantage.

Passion for Technology:

An interest in cutting-edge technology and a customer-focused approach. Flexibility:

Willingness to occasionally travel, including internationally. Primary Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Advisory Role:

Serve as an advisor and technical resource for clients, guiding them through product usage and best practices. Feedback Loop:

Provide constructive feedback for product improvement based on client experiences. Relationship Management:
