Our client is currently seeking a Tax Senior to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected and long-standing practice that offers flexible working. As a mixed tax accountant, you will know about all major taxes or be looking to develop such knowledge. Study support to achieve the Chartered Tax Advisor qualification is available.
The Tax Senior will be responsible for managing a small yet interesting portfolio of corporate clients and the responsibilities include:
Working with a portfolio of personal tax clients to prepare and submit their SATRs annually.
Working with a portfolio of trusts to prepare and submit their tax returns on an annual basis.
Corporate tax compliance: Review accounts files to ensure the corporation tax provision is correct. Finalisation and submission of corporation tax returns. Liaising with the accounts department and promptly advising clients of their corporation tax liabilities.
