Responsibilities
Management of IFCO’s customer audit programme to ensure full compliance and accountability in accordance with IFCO’s Asset Control Procedures. Recovery of IFCO’s assets from non-registered users via internal or external providers. Maintenance of database of non-registered users and recoveries and management of third-party providers. Full testing and recommendation of improvements to IFCO’s MyIFCO system, including customer consultation as appropriate. Manage the customer stock levels to agreed parameters. Provision of key reports both internal and external. Conduct physical audits at customer premises. Attend IFCO Head Office meetings 1 day per month. About Us
