Ideally, You Will Have: Extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of garage operations. Proven management or leadership experience, ideally within an automotive garage or workshop environment. Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and staff professionally. Organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
