An exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a multi award winning organisation in London. HR Advisor Basic Salary:

Up to £45,000 Discretionary 10% bonus paid annually Hyrbrid working with two days per week working from home 20 annual days off work in the first year rising to 25 annual days in the second year plus bank holidays 1 extra day off over the Christmas period (not included in the annual entitlement) 1 day off per year to do voluntary work (not included in the annual entitlement) Perks at Work Overall purpose of role: To provide high quality HR advisory and administrative support, bringing HR insights to the People team and Operational Managers, supporting the delivery of the company’s People Plan. The role is estimated to be split as follows: 60% HR Support, Projects and Administration 30% TUPE and mobilisations 10% Training Main responsibilities: Provide administrative support and be a trusted advisor for all HR related matters under the direction of the Head of HR. Provide expert support on any Employee Relations, advice and provide guidance to managers and leaders, upskilling them and ensuring policies are followed. Including note taking, letter writing, documentation organisation and coordination of HR cases. Develop expertise in TUPE following the company’s processes. Working closely with the Operational Leads to work towards a successful mobilisation. Compiling HR reports and statistics, communicating results to the senior management team. Compiling and reviewing exit interview data to identify areas for improvement and recommendations and actively sharing this with Head of HR and wider Strategic team. Work closely with the L&D team and recruitment teams with any requirements they may have or project led assignments. As the HR Advisor you must be a conscientious individual, who thrives on honesty, accuracy, quality and integrity. You will have a can-do, positive attitude and be passionate about people. You will share the same service passion as your colleagues, and yet bring your own unique personality and skills to the role. You will work well under pressure and be confident in prioritising multiple, concurrent demands, each with their own deadlines. Possessing strong IT and analytical skills Apply for this Job
