Chester - UK Sinclair is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner at their Chester office for a 12-month fixed term contract. The Talent Acquisition Partner will drive talent into the business hiring for Sinclair’s UK, France, Germany, Dubai, and USA locations, collaborating with internal stakeholders to attract candidates. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work collaboratively with the global recruitment team to fill vacancies efficiently. Hours of work:

Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 at home. Monday to Thursday 9.00-5.30, Friday 9.00-5.00 Address:

Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?

Essential:

3 years minimum experience in internal recruitment Experience using LinkedIn and headhunting candidates Experience managing external and internal applications Exceptional communication and ability to converse at all levels Passionate about driving standards and experience Experience of providing training Demonstrable experience of volume recruitment Working knowledge of associated HR legislation Desirable:

Advertise vacancies using careers site, job boards and LinkedIn Use LinkedIn to directly approach candidates Review CVs and interview candidates to qualify their experience for vacancies Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, hiring managers and senior leaders Send and review offer letters, contracts and other onboarding administration Ensure job descriptions are signed and up to date for all employees within the organisation Use reports and data to inform recruitment decisions Directly attract and hire talent to fulfil the needs of the business Reduce external agency spend to ensure HR is also operating in an effective manner Drive global standards for recruitment and onboarding Work collaboratively with the global HR team Provide well planned, organised structure around the recruitment process, including expectation setting of the candidates/associated process Ensure key relationships with internal stakeholders are built, maintained and developed to support with job briefing and appropriate candidate specification, agreed process and timelines to hire Own the screening process to ensure candidates meet the requirements of the person specification prior to hiring manager recommendation Support and train HR team and managers with the recruitment process to ensure all aligned to global vision Other recruitment/onboarding associated tasks as needed to fulfil role Benefits
