About the Role The successful candidate will manage a broad range of family law matters, including: Divorce and financial settlements. Private children law matters, including child arrangements and parental responsibility disputes. Cohabitation agreements and disputes. Pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Advising on domestic violence and protective orders. The role provides the opportunity to work closely with clients, offering compassionate and practical advice while building strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters with autonomy and professionalism. Supporting clients through often sensitive and complex legal processes. Engaging in business development and marketing activities to enhance the team's profile. Maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional client service. The Ideal Candidate A qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in family law. Experience handling a wide range of family law cases, including financial and children matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A proactive and organized approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines.
