Corporate & Commercial Solicitor Are you an experienced solicitor with a strong interest in corporate and commercial law? Do you have expertise in mergers and acquisitions, company sales, and supporting small to medium-sized businesses with their legal needs? As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, you will: Handle mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, primarily involving smaller companies and SMEs. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements. Provide expert advice on corporate structures, governance, and compliance. Manage company sales, purchases, and restructuring processes from start to finish. Support clients with general commercial advice, including intellectual property, data protection, and terms of business. Build lasting relationships with clients, offering a tailored approach to meet their business needs. To excel in this role, you will need: A solid background in corporate and commercial law, with at least 2 yrs PQE. Experience managing mergers and acquisitions, particularly involving SMEs. Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail. A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
