The role is full-time and will be office-based. The ideal candidate will have at least three years PQE and a proven track record of handling a varied caseload of Private Family matters. They will be reporting directly to the managing partner, himself a Family Law specialist, and helping with the professional development of a trainee solicitor and other support staff. Managing own caseload Advising on a variety of privately-funded family matters Develop an existing caseload in divorce, finance and private children matters Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements Drafting various Court Applications Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities, including professional networking, The successful candidate will:
