A leading Legal 500 firm with an award-winning reputation is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy Private Client department. The Opportunity: The successful candidate will inherit a substantial and varied caseload, joining a firm known for its strong reputation for quality work. The role involves managing and growing the department while working on a wide range of private client matters, including: Wills and probate Complex tax and estate planning Trusts Court of Protection Lasting Powers of Attorney The firm works extensively with high-net-worth individuals, offering bespoke legal solutions.
Key Requirements: 5+ years PQE in private client work, with substantial experience managing complex cases. A proven ability to handle private client matters from start to finish with minimal supervision. Strong technical knowledge, excellent client communication skills, and a proactive approach to relationship-building. A team player with a collaborative mindset, supporting other team members and departments. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grow the client base and department. Full STEP qualification is desirable but not essential. A minimum 2:1 degree and/or Commendation in the LPC is preferred. What's on Offer: Above-market-rate salary, based on experience.
