Commercial Property Lawyer NQ - 2 PQE - Exeter Salary dependent on experience Our client is a well-established local practice with an outstanding reputation and strong presence in the Exeter market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to bolster their highly regarded and successful commercial team in their Exeter office. You will be advising a varied client base on a wide range of commercial property transactions including leases, secured lending, land acquisition, landlord and tenant, and buying and selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses. The ideal candidate will have had the benefit of some commercial property experience, either as a paralegal prior to your training contract or during your training contract. There is plenty of support and supervision, and this could be a great role for you at the start of your career. Equally, our client welcomes applications from those up to 2 years PQE. You should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
