This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious and technically strong Court of Protection specialist with at least 5 years PQE, to join a noted team with an outstanding reputation for this niche area of law. The firm are passionate about supporting their clients in managing their financial affairs. Assisting clients who have suffered an acquired brain injury, primarily as a result of a personal or clinical negligence injury together with assisting families whose elderly relatives have lost capacity through age related diseases. Our client truly believes in a team culture and operates no induvial targets, together with a bonus scheme based on the firm’s performance that has paid 7% of salary for the past three years!
