Corporate Development & Partnerships Officer

who thrives on building impactful partnerships and achieving ambitious targets. This is a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team and play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to reduce social isolation, challenge stigma, and enhance the quality of life for older people, individuals living with dementia, and people with learning disabilities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving income growth through strategic corporate partnerships, working closely with the Head of Fundraising to secure both financial and in-kind support. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for making a positive difference. Your relationship-building skills and results-oriented approach will be essential in engaging partners who are eager to support Guild Care’s impactful work. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development Identify, cultivate, and secure corporate partnerships to achieve financial, sponsorship, and in-kind support goals. Lead and collaborate on fundraising campaigns, working with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive revenue. Strategic Innovation Create and implement innovative strategies that enable corporate partners to actively support Guild Care’s vision and goals. Events & Engagement Organise and host events that engage partners with Guild Care’s mission and demonstrate the impact of their support. Reporting & Evaluation Track and report partnership outcomes, using Beacon (CRM) to monitor performance and ensure all activity aligns with our targets.
