Family Solicitor
Location: Gloucester
Due to continued growth this premier firm based in Gloucester is looking to hire a Family solicitor of 3-5 years PQE.
This is a wonderful opportunity to be a key member of a well-established team acting for a variety of clients on a broad range of high quality family work. You will provide advice on all aspects of family law following a relationship breakdown, to include divorce, separation, injunctions, private law children matters, and financial matters. The successful candidate must be able to listen to client needs sensitively and fairly, and provide clear, supportive, and careful guidance to help deliver the best outcome for them.
The successful candidate must possess a passion for family law and the experience and ability to manage an existing caseload with the ambition and desire to build their own clients over time.
Knowledge of the Legal Aid system and strong advocacy experience is essential for this role. You will be expected to undertake your own advocacy at both initial and directions hearings.
You should have excellent IT and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Salary is dependent on experience with an attractive bonus scheme and competitive benefits on offer.
