Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through to resolution (public and private law). Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on family-related issues. Draft legal documents, including agreements, court applications, and legal notices. Represent clients in family court proceedings and negotiations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
