We are looking to recruit a full-time solicitor with both corporate and commercial experience including: Corporate Finance Acquisitions and Mergers including share purchase, asset purchase and MBO Joint Ventures, Distributor, Agency and Franchise Agreements Partnership Agreements Shareholder Agreements Company and LLP Formation and Compliance Terms and conditions E-commerce Understanding of linked areas such as employment, intellectual property and commercial property will be an advantage. We are looking for an experienced solicitor who has been working on high-calibre corporate transactions and who wants to develop their career, lead on cases, develop and take on good quality client relationships, and improve technical and commercial skills further through working on a wide range of quality transactions. Outstanding communication skills are essential in this role to build on our existing business and ensure strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 2 years PQE of relevant experience (but will consider anyone who can demonstrate the skills and knowledge we are looking for). The successful candidate will also need to be very comfortable marketing their skills and the firm to accountants, corporate financiers, business transfer agents, lenders, and clients alike.
