Due to continued growth, they are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join them in their Taunton office to handle a diverse portfolio of country property, agricultural, and commercial transactions. **Role Overview:** As a qualified Solicitor you will be responsible for managing a broad range of property, agricultural, and commercial transactions in the firm's highly ranked Private Property & Agricultural team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas of law, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent client management skills. **Key Responsibilities:** Handling a range of work related to rural property, including the sale and purchase of farms, estates, country homes and rural businesses, agricultural tenancies, renewable energy projects and many more. Taking an active role in business development **Requirements:** Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience in agricultural property. Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload independently. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
