Job Description
A leading, Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor in their Chester offices. Our client is a highly commendable law firm, with an extensive national reach, who are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding team. Work culture is extremely important to our client for their employees to be as comfortable as possible in their role, which is why they strive for a non-target, non-KPI focused work environment. Within this role, you will be required to handle complex corporate legal issues in a pragmatic, professional manner and work on a range of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and PE matters. The firm wants somebody who can deliver high-quality, knowledgeable advice to their loyal client base to successfully handle all complex corporate issues. The ideal candidate will be looking to progress and develop long-term within a reputable firm. You will either be a trainee solicitor looking to qualify as a Corporate solicitor with one of the leading firms in the region or a solicitor with up to 3 PQE within a similar role.
