Take Will instructions, draft Wills, and oversee execution Manage Power of Attorney instructions, draft documents, and ensure execution Handle the administration of estates, preparing necessary legal documentation including Inheritance Tax forms and obtaining Probate Deal with the registration of estates and Trusts for TRS Respond to telephone enquiries and assist clients visiting the office Maintain compliance and risk procedures on all files Conduct legal research to ensure the accuracy of advice and documentation Stay updated on changes in law and maintain high standards of professional conduct Ideal Candidate:
