Established in 2004, Hunter Dunning is a successful specialist recruitment consultancy serving the property sector. Our teams cover every stage of the development life cycle, and we are now looking to expand our property team with additional Recruitment Consultants. You will be recruiting for white-collar property professionals of all seniority levels into mainly consultancy, developers and contractors.
You will be taking on a warm land and planning desk working with mainly consultancies, developers and housing associations.
Role & Responsibilities
Unearthing new business opportunities through calls, emails and LinkedIn
Grasping the communication game with clients and candidates through calls and emails
Understanding your candidates job search criteria and matching the best opportunities to their skillset and experience
Advertising live vacancies across multiple platforms to attract top talent
Mastering the art of coordinating interviews, offers and placements, using our in-house database and admin processes
Nurturing and growing client relationships like a pro, speaking to HR, Talent teams, Directors and Line Managers
Attending meetings with candidates and clients via Teams and Face to Face.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in recruitment, B2B Sales or property sales
Consultative sales approach
Ability to build rapport with ease
Ability to stay organised and multitask effectively
Hunger for success in a target-driven environment
Collaborative mindset, contributing effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Sense of humour is also key!
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
