About the Role: You will be responsible for further developing the database and selling your services to businesses within your designated geographical area while achieving both activity and financial targets set.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the recruitment database. Sell recruitment services to businesses. Achieve activity and financial targets.
Qualifications and Skills: Communication, empathy, sales and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management, and professionalism are all qualities needed to succeed in this role.
