A well-established law firm in Kent is seeking an experienced part-time Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team.
The firm is flexible but is looking for someone to work between 3-4 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can manage their own caseload to work within an expanding team.
Duties will include:
Managing your own caseload, providing clear and concise advice Working on complex transactions Attending to clients of the firm Drafting a wide range of legal documentation such as Contracts, Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, and Shareholder Agreements Making amendments to Articles of Association Preparing Board Minutes and all Companies House forms, ensuring filing of all statutory documents Active involvement within business development
Desired Skills and Experience:
Corporate Commercial fee earning experience essential 3 years PQE+ Very high level of technical competence Marketing and business development skills Proven track record of meeting targets Strong interpersonal skills Sound legal knowledge within the processes
