About the Opportunity

Our professional services team plays a crucial role in consulting with our customers and delivering value-added services that pave the quickest path to institutional success. To build on this success, we are looking to add Senior Professional Service Consultants with experience in SIS implementation to our team. This experience can come from being a talented higher education professional, a super user of Student Information Systems, or someone with hands-on experience implementing SIS modules in higher education settings. In this mission-critical role, you will partner with our customers to facilitate their transformation to cloud/SaaS solutions and ensure the successful adoption of these innovations. Where you will make an impact Being accountable for all aspects related to service delivery of our Ellucian Student solution, including driving delivery improvement and engaging with our higher education customers. Collaborating with consulting teams and peers to ensure customer and Ellucian project expectations are exceeded. Identifying and remediating issues that impede us from enabling customer greatness. Driving innovative and transformative strategies which will ensure successful solution implementations. Continuously improving the customer experience by ensuring development, use, and maintenance of services artifacts that exceed customer expectations. Proactively preparing for and delivering high-quality implementation consulting services. Consulting with customers to drive performance improvement, own problems, execute with precision, and professionalism. What will you bring Strong Student Information System experience (5+ years), Banner preferred but open to other HE systems product knowledge. Implementation and upgrade experience (3+ years) of SIS or ERP experience. Product experience, including consulting experience on relevant solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present a professional demeanor and communicate to C-level and project leaders both internally and externally. Enabling delivery readiness, problem solving, and root cause analysis. Experience developing and mentoring other consultants. Strong prioritization skills, able to manage activities based on business impact and meet deadlines. Support and demonstration of Ellucian values. Ability to travel onsite to deliver consulting and implementation services based on Ellucian delivery methodology.
