An exciting opportunity has arisen for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a team in Ballymoney.
Your day will consist of carrying out consultations, operations, and some sole charge.
The practice runs small animal consults from 9am-11am and from 4pm-6pm, and they always aim to close at 6.30pm. There are usually 3-4 operations/procedures for each Veterinary Surgeon to perform between those times. The practice would require 1 Saturday in 4 covered from 9am-1.30pm in addition to some out-of-hour duties which are shared with another 3 practices in the area.

Whether you are looking to fix or flex your work patterns, they can find the right solution for you. If you opt for part-time hours, the practice does require a minimum of 2 days per week.
The salary on offer is up to £65,000 based on full-time hours, depending on experience. Plus, a relocation package of up to £5000 and a welcome bonus of up to £3000.
This practice has 8 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 Mixed Veterinary Surgeons on rota, and 3 Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons. They have 1 Veterinary Nurse, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, plus 7 support members of staff and a Practice Manager.
