As a Plot Sales Solicitor, your day-to-day tasks may include:
Drafting and sending out part exchange paperwork
Pre-contract enquiries
Reporting on title and searches
Working across a wide range of transactions
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Residential Conveyancing or Plot Sales experience who is looking for something new and has excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills, can prioritise their time effectively, and wants to work within a sociable and friendly team.
