Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to be based from the Exeter office with remote working also available.
The Role:
You will be advising national and regional businesses, banks, developer, and landowner clients on all aspects of commercial property work including sales, purchases and leases.
Skills and Experience required:
You should be comfortable working collaboratively, but you will also be able to work independently, at all times ensuring that the clients’ needs are paramount. You will also be comfortable with business development. As well as an effective communicator you will be as passionate as we are about delivering a professional, proactive service to all of our clients.
You will be a newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0-2 years PQE and ideally, you will have experience of acting in commercial property transactions.
This role will require the successful candidate to be in the Exeter office 2-3 days a week. Initially you will be office-based to help you familiarise yourself with the team, work, and the support available to you.
