Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Contentious Probate Solicitor role within an award-winning, multi-service legal practice that is known for their sociable, strong and collaborative workplace culture, flexibility in working hours and location.
Within this Contentious Probate position, your day-to-day duties will include:
Handing a contentious caseload of trusts and probates from start to finish
Developing lasting relationships with an existing client base and new clients nationally
Partaking in business development initiatives
Providing support to other members of the team when required
The successful candidate for this Contentious Probate Solicitor will ideally have 1-3 years PQE, is commercially aware and driven with their long-term career goals.
