If you are a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a friendly team in Chester. Our client is a supportive and recognised law firm in Chester who advises a range of large commercial companies, SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and high net worth individuals. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their small and supportive team. You will be running a busy caseload of technical cases including property litigation, company and shareholder disputes, intellectual property disputes, landlord and tenant, as well as complex commercial contract claims. You will also be responsible for management duties of the team, including performance reviews, allocation of work, and being an active member of the management board. You will ideally hold around 5 years PQE or above and be confident to work independently on matters while also providing guidance and support for the more junior members of the team.
