Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE to join our client's award-winning law firm based in Cardiff. As part of their Corporate and Commercial team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients across a range of sectors, providing clear and commercially-savvy advice on corporate and commercial matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially-minded individual to join a dynamic team and work with innovative businesses in Cardiff and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Manage and advise on various corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring. Draught, negotiate, and review complex commercial contracts to safeguard client interests and achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic and pragmatic legal advice tailored to their business needs. Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Support junior solicitors and trainees through guidance, supervision, and training. Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by attending networking events and identifying growth opportunities. Key Requirements: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in corporate and commercial law. Strong experience in handling corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and advising on corporate governance. Excellent analytical and drafting skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide client-focused solutions.
