On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to provide a commercially driven premium legal service in all aspects of the sale and purchase of commercial property.
This role requires a perfect blend of expertise and commercial acumen, alongside delivering a client-centric service. You’ll find yourself handling a variety of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant acquisitions and disposals, relocations, funding, transfers of going concerns, and residential and commercial developments.
This role requires expertise and experience; you’ll have worked in a similar role previously, have a varied and wide knowledge of commercial property matters, and be completely client-focused. You’ll also have excellent commercial acumen and the ability to spot a solution at fifty paces.
