About the role

Jaja is looking for an ambitious and curious Product Analyst. You will help all of our product teams understand our customer needs, define our product design and ensure we are focused on delivering the best outcomes for our customers. You will need to master our data infrastructure to ensure you’re able to navigate around to truly understand our product and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product Team to identify key metrics and KPIs for measuring product performance and customer engagement.

Design and implement analytics frameworks to track and analyse user behaviour, product usage patterns, and customer satisfaction.

Own all Product Analytics data sources.

Implement an event data catalogue to ensure the solution is scalable and easily adoptable by others.

Develop dashboards and reports to visualise and communicate insights to internal stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.

Prioritise your work to ensure we are delivering greatest value first.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proper instrumentation and data collection within our product ecosystem.

Assist in the interpretation of data to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for product improvement.

The skillset you will bring

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to facilitate and drive data-driven decision-making.

Experience in SQL and Python for data extraction and manipulation.

Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

Experience with Rest APIs.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

A natural curiosity to dig into issues to identify the opportunities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
