Key Responsibilities

Work closely with software developers and project managers to improve software quality, performance, and reliability. Implement best practices in quality control and monitor adherence across IT projects. Perform risk assessments on IT projects and propose risk mitigation strategies to reduce potential vulnerabilities. Develop risk management reports and maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance requirements. Stay informed of regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure that IT processes comply with legal requirements. Support the organization in achieving and maintaining compliance certifications (e.g., ISO, GDPR). Analyze and refine IT processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of deliverables. Provide recommendations for process improvements and assist in implementing changes to improve system performance and security. Requirements
