What you'd be getting up to: Responsible for building and managing day-to-day relationships with partners, and the fulfilment of their rights packages – including strategy, activation, analysis and evaluation. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, social, digital, CRM, commercial operations, ticketing, legal and more. One week you will be planning rights and asset delivery, the next week on-the-ground helping bring visions to life, and then analysing performance data. On occasions, travelling within Europe to visit partners and UEFA. We are looking for a Partner Manager who will bring: Proven experience managing and activating partnerships for major brands within sports or entertainment (as a rough guide, we would expect circa 3-5 years working in this function). New ideas and an entrepreneurial approach to delivering value for sponsors. A strong ability to demonstrate partnership ROI through data analysis. A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new solutions/opportunities. An interest in building lasting relationships with clients, sponsors and stakeholders, ‘a people person’. A thorough understanding of the sports sponsorship industry.
