The Role

The Vertical Marketing Manager will lead and manage the execution of integrated marketing programmes within key verticals across the UK, Ireland, Italy and the Rest of Europe. The individual in this role will be responsible for planning and executing a coherent vertical marketing plan in collaboration with other teams.

You will coordinate demand generation and go-to-market activities to generate leads, new contacts, opportunities and revenue to support sales targets in key vertical segments.

Create and execute vertical marketing plans across the United Kingdom, Ireland and Italy in alignment with the Field Marketing and Digital Marketing.

Develop industry specific content that will showcase strong USPs and work closely with our Communications team to develop relevant case studies.

Plan and execute UK, Italian and Rest of Europe vertical marketing programmes.

Run integrated marketing programmes with the objective of generating leads, revenue, and new contacts.

Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Business Operations to integrate offers, incentives and new product launches into the vertical marketing plan.

We're looking for someone who must have

Worked in a B2B business within the technology, SaaS or Fintech industry.

Inbound and outbound marketing execution experience and a good understanding of digital marketing best practices.

Understanding of all aspects of the marketing mix, including research, insight, message development, channels and measurement.

Experience in creating successful and revenue-impacting marketing programmes.

Experience working with sales teams and supporting programmes that generate pipeline.

Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget.

A strong pedigree in vertical marketing and demonstrable ROI for the programmes executed.

Ability to align tactical plans with strategy.

Skilled in Sales force automation systems (Good understanding of the Campaigns and Reporting functionality of SalesForce.com is a must).

Experience with Marketing automation platforms (Theoretical understanding of Eloqua or Marketo needed).

It would be nice if you have

Italian language skills a distinct advantage.
