We are seeking a full-time Associate for our London office. The role will support our clients’ Investor Relations programmes by working closely with various client teams across the consultancy and assisting the senior team across various deliverables. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, excellent written communication skills and a proactive approach to client relations. What will you do as an Investor Relations Associate

Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries. Actively contribute to the advisory process, including client meetings, planning capital markets activities, developing internal procedures and supporting team leads. Develop high-quality content for client materials, including investor and earnings presentations, press releases and messaging documents. Provide logistical support in the earnings process, including managing conference calls, preparing Q&A materials and drafting management scripts. Oversee client account administrative tasks and assist with training and reviewing the work of junior team members. Engage directly with the buy and sell side community to gather market feedback. Conduct industry research and analysis, including peer monitoring. Extract and interpret data for capital market reports, including IR and Board reports, benchmarking, perception studies and investor outreach projects. What are the required qualifications and skills for this role

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, banking, or finance, in addition to the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a finance-related subject. Strong understanding of capital markets and their influence on valuations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with native-level proficiency in English. Additional language skills are highly valued, especially French, German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and sound decision-making skills. Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive, with effective time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team. Flexibility to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities with ease. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Eligibility to work in the UK. What we offer
