The Role Our client is looking for a Site Manager to run an extension on a high-end Residential Listed building in the value of £250k. This is an 18 week project due to start at the end of March.
As Site Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Contract Manager and your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Providing technical support and advice when required
Running the day to day duties on site
Supervising the sub-contractors on site and managing all H&S measures
Daily, weekly and monthly preparation of reports
Other related responsibilities
About You You will need a valid SMSTS, Black/White CSCS, NVQ Lvl 6 or above, and First Aid. Any other relevant qualifications would be beneficial.
Experience working on Listed Buildings would be advantageous, while managing a number of direct operatives and sub-contractors on site is essential. Ideally, you will either come from a Masonry or Carpentry background.
They are looking for someone who can conduct themselves professionally in the working environment and also be a team player.
